Late-night TV segments where hosts directly address the camera and talk about how Donald Trump is morally, intellectually, emotionally, and physically unqualified to be president have become so common that they are almost unremarkable. However, former President of Mexico Vicente Fox has mastered this form through his brutal and hilarious video messages for Trump via Superdeluxe since May. Fox's political comedic reinvention began in January when he tweeted that he "was not paying for that fucken wall." A few months later, he released his first Superdeluxe video message, which delivered a comedic voice that would be unique among late-night hosts, let alone former presidents of Mexico. In this video, Fox calls Trump a loser, which plays on a sort of All the Pretty Horses vision of Mexican culture before deflating his own grandiosity with a perfectly deployed "ain't it." Even in his first attempt at this sort of piece, Fox spoke more bluntly than most.
